Looks-Lean and mid-height, dark blonde thick hair, thin eye brows and hooded green eyes. Very thick eyelashes, a scar across his nose and a beauty mark by his mouth. Pale, usually wears dark and well fitting clothing, with sleeves of any shirt rolled up. Has an oddly defined waist and broad shoulders.
Personality-Very short tempered, sarcastic and prideful. He doesn't like to be pushed around and stands up for himself. He also doesn't like to be taken care of, and likes to do most things by  himself, a lot of the time ending up screwing things up. He's pretty smart and quick witted like his sister, and has a soft spot that's hard to get to.  He really loves his sister, and does everything he can to stand behind her.
Bio-He moved to London with his family from Ireland, his family living in a house in the country. He took most of his time there flying around their property and taking care of their pets. He lived a normal pureblood wizarding life, and went to Hogwarts the year after his sister. He was sorted into Slytherin along with his sister, quickly falling in line with the other kids of his house. He fit in well, but never really cared for house status or being better than everyone else, and would often get into arguments with people over it. He watched over his sister like the over protective brother he is until she learned to stand on her own two feet, breaking out of her shell and being the person he hoped she would become. The two are very obviously brother and sister, Bleddyn just being far more physical about his feelings. During the second wizarding war, he was sent to Germany with his sister by their parents in an attempt to keep them safe. But the both of them decided to return to Hogwarts to help the fight, Bleddyn rather liking the "traitor" status it gave him.
Faults-Bleddyn gets into a lot of fights and tends to take things personally. His first instinct is to swing, his second to talk. He learns to control this, but often finds himself in trouble. He's constantly getting himself hurt. Despite his intelligence, he's a slacker, and barely gets by in many of his classes, shooting for the minimum instead of doing what he is capable of.
Good Qualities-He's protective of those he loves, and will put his life on the line to protect them. He has pride in himself and his family, and knows how to take care of things in the best way possible.
